8pitch is the innovative FinTech company (financial technology company) from Nuremberg. We operate the first regulated platform for digital securities of start-ups, medium-sized companies and other projects, such as real estate projects. Our infrastructure, based on a specially developed blockchain, enables the fully digital issuance of individually configurable digital securities, such as bonds, certificates or profit participation rights. For all new colleagues, the first two weeks are regarded as a familiarization phase. Here you will get to know different departments and their tasks, so that you will be able to do your job better later on. Your supervisor and the colleagues from your future department will be available to you as a mentor for all questions, as well as the Human Resources Department. In the so-called "Captains' Lunch" you have the opportunity to get to know our founders and managing directors.
